Alfred Klitgaard's boxes are characterized by a high degree of craftsmanships quality - they have a wooden hinge, unlike others, which have metal fittings and screws.
Usually these boxes have small partitions, so there is room for playing cards or cigarettes.
This is equipped with an insert that slides perfectly into place. In this is a series of chips with painted symbols for the four suits of playing cards.
There is room for 2 sets of playing cards.
The box is marked underneath with "Klitgaard Denmark".
The box is in perfect condition with marks underneath, but with a small gap on one side, 1 mm.
