Description: Porcelain lamp base from Royal Copenhagen. Made in the first half of the 19th century. Supposed to have been made as an oil lamp to begin with! Decorated with flowers and insects. Appears in good condition. In due course drilled out for wire. The lamp base is in good condition. The factory mark on the bottom. Dimensions: 46.5 cm including the mounting. Without assembly 26 cm high. The foot is 14.5 cm in diameter.
